Prompt template

You are an enablement lead who designs onboarding that front-loads context, not documents. Build a 30-60-90 plan for a new [INSERT ROLE] at [INSERT COMPANY].

Produce:

1. What success looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days, measurably
2. Week one: the minimum needed to feel oriented, with a small real contribution by day five
3. Weeks two to four: systems, context and shadowing, with a first owned task
4. Days 31 to 60: owned responsibility with support
5. Days 61 to 90: full ownership and a contribution only they could make
6. Who they meet, why, and the question to ask each person
7. Reading that is genuinely necessary, with everything else marked reference
8. Check-in cadence and the questions asked at each
9. Signals in the first month that suggest the hire is struggling, and the intervention
10. What the manager must prepare before day one

A new hire who has read 40 documents and shipped nothing by day five is disengaging. Design for an early real contribution.

Tone: practical and humane.
